• Visit to the Sierra Norte of Mallorca and the town of Valldemossa, where the writer George Sands and the musician Frederic Chopin spent part of their lives. Includes a visit to the village of Sóller and journey by train.

Thursday September 16 2010

• Trip to the east of the island including a visit to the village of Manacor and the famous Cuevas del Drac, and Porto Cristo beaches.

Friday September 17 2010

• Partners are welcome on the trip to Mercapalma and to the retail market and will have the opportunity to visit the old quarters and commercial area of the city of Palma afterwards.

Saturday September 18 2010 (optional with additional payment)

• Rural tourism: Visit to various house-museums with lunch at one of them. Typical island gastronomy.NOTE

Pre-registration is necessary for this weekend optional tour. A minimum of 40 people will be required for the tour to take place

Payment for the tour (Euro 70.00 per person) will be expected during the on-site registration in Palma de Mallorca
