Transport

Plane

Palma has a modern airport located only 8 km from the city centre offering flight connections to almost every European capital city.

The airport terminal offers all the latest services 24 hours a day: Exchange, refreshments, travel agents, post office, car hire and left luggage.

How to travel to the city centre:: The bus timetables are available in the airport terminal. There is a taxi rank at the airport where you can easily travel to the hotels for an approximate cost of €20.

Buses

The line 1 bus (opposite the airport exit) will take you to the city centre. It will take approx 20 to the city centre.

Taxi

Taxi prices in Palma de Mallorca depend on the distance and are shown on the taximeter. The journey to the Paseo Marítimo where the conference hotels are located is usually around €20.

Travel documents

A valid passport is required to travel to Palma. Before travelling enquire if you require an entry visa from the Spanish embassy in your country of residence.
