INFORMATION FOR DELEGATES (**)

Terms and Conditions of Registration and Conference Rates

 

• If you failed to register for April’s Conference and you wish to attend the September Conference, register today by completing the forms attached.
• If you registered in April, but failed to pay your registration fees, please note that you do not need to submit a new registration form. You will only be required to pay your registration fees.
• The rates and terms and conditions applicable in April 2010 for the 3 hotels arranged for the conference also apply to the September Conference.

• Please refer to the April 2010 Conference program to learn about the sessions that will take place during the September Conference. Our September Conference will also feature the WUWM Awards ceremony.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT CONFERENCE RATES

• Please pay your registration fees in EUR by bank transfer.
• Clearly state the name of the delegate in the bank transfer order, so that you can be clearly identified.
• Please bear in mind that you must additionally pay all bank charges for both sending and receiving banks upon ordering the money transfer. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay said charges in cash at the event.
• Delegate guests may not attend Congress sessions. Please check the separate program for guests on our webpage.
• Registration fees include an insurance policy covering delegates for travel and luggage incidences, illness, and accidents. Click here for more information.

 

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

If you cancel your registration by July 14, 2010 (two months before the conference) you will be reimbursed 50% of the fees paid. You will not be reimbursed if you cancel your registration after said date. Another person may take up your place at the conference at no additional cost. Exceptions may apply for delegates, who are refused the required visa for traveling. If this is your case, you must provide evidence in writing that the visa was refused to you by the Embassy. (Please note that visa invitations will not be issued if the delegate has not registered, in spite of having paid registration fees in advance).

 

INFORMATION ON HOTEL RESERVATIONS

• Hotel bookings will not be confirmed if you fail to provide your credit card details.
• If you do not have a credit card to secure your booking, please contact G&B Mallorca Events (see contact details above) to secure your booking by bank transfer.

 

HOTEL BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your booking more than one month in advance to the date of your arrival, you will not be charged. Cancellations within one month or less to the start of the conference will be charged.
